USCIS Increases Validity of Work Permits to Two Years for Asylum Applicants

On Sept. 29, President Obama signed into law H.R. 5325 - Continuing Appropriations and Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017, and Zika Response and Preparedness Act. This Act extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program and EB-4 non-minister special immigrant program for certain religious workers until Dec. 9, 2016
