Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson has extended Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for eligible nationals of Yemen (and those without nationality who last habitually resided in Yemen) for an additional 18 months, from Mar. 4, 2017, through Sept. 3, 2018. He also automatically extended current TPS Yemen Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) with a Mar. 3, 2017, expiration date for 6 months. These existing EADs are now valid through Sept. 3, 2017.

WASHINGTON - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) today announced a change in filing location instructions and addresses for the Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (Form I-129F). The new instructions, dated 6/14/10, are part of an overall effort to transition the intake of forms from Service Centers to USCIS Lockbox facilities. Centralizing form and fee intake to a Lockbox environment allows USCIS to provide customers with more efficient and effective initial processing of applications/petitions and fees.
New edition dated 12/19/16. Previous editions accepted. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.
New edition dated 11/30/16. Starting 02/27/17, USCIS will only accept the 11/30/16 edition. Until then, you can use the 02/19/14 edition and other previous editions.
When new fees for most USCIS forms went into effect on December 23, 2016, we published updated versions of the forms at uscis.gov/forms. We strongly encourage customers to submit these new versions, which are updated with the new fees and have an edition date of 12/23/16.
