DHS, DOL Publish Joint Rule for Additional Visas for Returning Foreign Workers

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) have published a joint rule making available an additional 30,000 H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker visas for fiscal year (FY) 2019.
Update to Form I-918, Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status; New Edition Dated 04/24/19.

Starting 07/02/19, we will only accept the 04/24/19 edition. Until then, the 02/07/17 edition can be used.
Update to Form I-192, Application for Advance Permission to Enter as a Nonimmigrant; New Edition Dated 04/09/19.

Form I-129/I-129S Pilot Program for Canadian L-1 Nonimmigrants

From April 30 to Oct. 31, 2018, the USCIS California Service Center and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Blaine, Washington, port of entry (POE) will implement a joint agency pilot program for Canadian citizens seeking L-1 nonimmigrant status under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
USCIS and CBP Extend Form I-129 Pilot Program for Canadian L-1 Nonimmigrants
