USCIS Office Closings

This page does not contain a list of all USCIS offices. It only lists offices that are closed or have temporarily changed hours. Please check this page on the day of your appointment for any office closures or other important information. If you have appointments at more than one office (for example, a field office and an application support center) please check both sections to ensure the offices are open.

We are not accepting walk-in visits at this time. You must have a scheduled appointment before arriving at a USCIS office. For more information or help, please see our Contact Center page.

Field Offices

The following offices are closed or have temporarily changed hours. All times are listed in the office’s local time zone. If you also have an appointment at an application support center, check that section to ensure the office is open.

ArkansasFort Smith: Closed Jan. 22 due to hazardous weather.
IowaDes Moines: Closed Jan. 9 - Jan. 26 due to a facility issue.
MissouriSt. Louis: Will have a delayed opening on Jan. 22 due to hazardous weather. The office will open at 10:00 a.m. 
OklahomaOklahoma City:  Closed Jan. 22 due to hazardous weather.

If your office is open but inclement weather has prevented you from attending your appointment, we may consider rescheduling if you can show that you could not attend due to the weather.
